Who can withstand the Underbeast
Had a wildly productive weekend of being able to complete the modelling on the space scene for the Issue 1 cartoon got wrapped this weekend.
I’ll post up some of the test shots here in a little bit. Still editing the novella of Issue 1, but it is still on track to be complete in November.
The first chapter of the novel is being edited, and I will put it up here as soon as I get the revisions knocked out. It’ll cover Suzi’s fateful day the space dock more in depth, and give up a deeper look into her world. I’m also writing up more reviews and inspirations, along with getting our science posts back up and running. Fall is here, and we are gonna end the year with a bang!
Man, I am really loving Luke Cage over on Netflix. Love the music, the acting is right on and the cinematography is superb. Check it out!
Cruising along on Suzi’s novel. I’m combining Issues 1-3 into a paperback, and I’m shooting for the first of 2017 to have it available. I’ll post up the first chapter after I get the first draft back from the editor. It’s alot of fun, and with me dictating the novel, I’m able to knock out 3-5k words per session.
I have been working on the novelization of the Suzi story so far, and my rough draft broke the 10k word mark this week, and that was just on Issue 1. I’ll put the story up here once I get a good first draft done and see what you guys think so far. I go in much greater detail about what’s going on, and I cover how Suzi came to be in the ship in the first place. I’m using dictation software to write the story, and I’ve been able to grind out thousands of words a day. Fun times!
I created this here in the US on Labor Day. I always thought that it was kinda funny that we didn’t work on “Labor Day”. Shouldn’t it be like “No Labor Day” or “Chill Day”? Go figure…
and sorry for the phantom post this morning, I scheduled the page to appear without having the comic attached. DOH!
And I’m back. Man, it was a crazy run there thru the summer, between work and a couple of other projects needing more attention than was projected. Anyhoo, I am back on Suzi for the rest of the summer and fall, so let’s get this crazy ride back on the road!
